DAVETH ยท REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How to cancel, what happens when you change plan, and when a payment is refunded. This policy is part of the Terms of Use.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel any plan at any time from your account page, under Plan and billing. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew. You can change your mind before that date and keep the plan, with nothing charged.
2. Refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for the unused part of a month or a year, except where the law requires it. Because a plan gives immediate access to all of its lessons, videos and labs, it is a digital service delivered from the moment you buy it.
Where a law that applies to you gives you a right to cancel and be refunded, for example a consumer cooling-off right in your country, we honour it. To ask, write to support@daveth.com from the email address on your account, with the date of the payment or its invoice number. We reply within 5 working days.
Payments are processed by Stripe, so an approved refund is paid back to the card you paid with. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
3. Changing plan
- Moving to a plan that costs more: takes effect at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
- Moving to a plan that costs less: takes effect at the end of the current period. Until then you keep the plan you have; nothing is charged or credited.
- Monthly to yearly: takes effect at once, and the year starts that day; the value of the unused month is taken off the yearly price.
- Yearly to monthly: takes effect when the year ends. Write to us before the renewal date.
The account page shows the exact amount before you confirm any change.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your access ends 12 hours after the first failed attempt. The payment is tried again; if a later attempt succeeds, your access returns automatically. If every attempt fails, the plan is cancelled. You can update your card at any time from your account page.
5. Disputed payments
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback), access to the plan is closed while the dispute is open. Please write to us first: most problems are solved faster that way.
